Conversations for Midlife - Facebook.com

Hello and welcome to the what women on today podcast. You might be asking yourself right about now. Well, what do women want? I mean we're pretty complex creatures right. Well, I think we want it all, and I'm here to explot with you. My name is Terry Kellum's, I'm your host. Go grab your favorite beverage, I've already got my glass of wine, and let's get started. Hello and welcome to another episode of what women want today podcast. This is Terry Callum's, your host. Today, I am excited to be joined by Dr Dawn. Dr Dawn, welcome to the show. I've been looking forward to our conversation. Hi, Terry, I'm so glad to be here. Thank you so much for having me. Yeah, I'm looking for to our conversation to day. I originally was introduced to you and what you do through my friend Diana Brian's podcast, a revive your little midlife marriage, and I was listening to your story and I was really intrigued, as I am so often, by women who make rather large pivots in their life in order to kind of pursue something that just fills their their soul with happiness and joy. And I would like you to tell us a little bit about that path today and give us a little bit of an idea what you're doing now as well. Sure. Well, Um, you know, I work now as a doctor of metaphysical counseling, which means I received a PhD in counseling. That is similar to traditional cognitive behavioral therapy, but one of the things that we do is we integrate a lot of spirituality and energy work into it, and so that's where it sort of differs a bit. The understanding in metaphysics that in myself and all the things I do in my energy affects everyone and everything else around us. So we do have the ability to manifest what we want and we have the ability to change the world around us if we want, and so it's about learning to do this. And the work that I do now I see clients one on one, individually, many via video chat, but I have clients. Over twelve years I've been doing this, of accumulate clients on almost every continent. So I'm very blessed I've clients around the world. I get up as strange hours because of that, but I don't mind and we one of the other things that I've just recently put into motion was in September we opened up an online academy called thought word, and that's something that we do that enables people, if they don't have the ability to meet with me one on one, they can do a self study program in my teachings and my methodology, or if they want to begin their own practice, such as I have done, they can certify themselves in the thought word methodology and be able to then work as a practitioner to help others. Wow, that's exciting. And so what what sort of...

...me do? Because your background is a night I understand your ant for about twenty years. Yeah, what happened? Did you just wake up one day and say, Oh, I'm not doing anything anymore when I do this whole new thing, or or how did that problem? Well, you know, it's an interesting story because I I had originally I actually got my my my undergrad degree in in translation, so as a translator and I had gotten a I wanted. I had this dream. I was living in New York and I dreamt that I was going to work at the UN and I was going to solve all the world's problem by translating things everything really nicely, you know, and stop wars and all that, and after I had graduated, I went to the UN and I said, can I get a job and they said yeah, you can start next week and I was like amazing, and I said you will. What would are the requirements? How much is it pay? And they said, well, you've only got your Undergrad so you can just work for free. And I was like yeah, I'm going to live in Manhattan Work for free. Right. So they said, we'll come back when you have your masters and then you can actually have, you know, get paid to work here. So I said I just finished that and I ended up applying for a position in Boston working at a bank where they were opening up in my translation was in German and French and English, and so I was going to work in their German department they had opened up. So I packed up everything move took the last of, you know, my funds, because I was fresh out of you know, you know, uni. I didn't have a lot and I got there and how was there? A week and they said, you know, we were actually not opening the German department right now. We're putting that on hold. And they said, so, how about you just work as a secretary right now? And I was like, oh my gosh, what am I going to do? So I took the position and, Long Story Short, I'd always been very good at computers and and fixing things because that's what I did with my father when I was younger. He was very into that and that's kind of how we bonded. So everybody in the Secretary Pool was calling me, you know, can you fix this, can you fix that? And so the fellows in the it department had mercy on me and they said you want to come over nineteen, and I said sure, I will, and the bank, you know, provided all the certifications and training and I learned so in the process of that time I was doing. It was never something I wanted to do. Wasn't like a dream and it certainly wasn't what I had a degree in, but I was working in that and you know, you sometimes in life you do something because you know it and because it pays the bills, you know. So you get sort of comfortable and humans always like things that are comfortable and familiar. Doesn't mean they're healthier, good, right, right, all right, that's means it's comfortable and familiar. So I stayed in it way longer because I originally said to myself, okay, one year and we're out, you know, and as you had said previously, that was twenty years before so. But what had happened? After several years of being in the industry? I had actually I had gotten married and I had gotten divorced and them during my divorce, or the process of I gained a lot of...

...weight. I I I've never had alcohol in my life, I've never smoked anything, I've never taken any drugs, but food was my drug of choice. Eight hundred and eighty eight eight got really big and then he decided I need to lose weight and I was doing everything I could to try and lose weight and I was had no knowledge about any physiology or anything at the time. And so I'm living in Boston in every day on my way to work and I had to there was a great deal. You got for two dollars. You got a large coffee and a giant muffin. Right. So the Muffin said fat free. So I was like, can't get that if I'm eating something CRAD free. Right. So I get a large coffee and I put eight sugars in it whatever, and a muffin that was like the size of my head and and I would get, also, case I was Peckish, a bag of gummy bears, because again, those are fat free. Oh sure, and I couldn't understand why I was gaining weight. Sugar, right, I guess. To five a similar story. To Stop. I'm a way to work and this this little country store in the hometown where I grew up. They would make the these huge, and I'm showing you because we're on video, but there were probably like three or four inches tall, like a square rice crispy tree, and I would put it on my death and I somehow convinced myself that if I only ate a tiny little slife of it at a time, that I wrote it really fat. Yeah, well, you're releasing the calories into the universe, right you so, so you were started aiding your feeling because, oh, a hundred percent. And so through that whole process I tried so many different things and eventually I did find something that was working for me, which was about taking caution about my carbohydrates and and my calories. And what happened was I got spurred into this idea. I have no idea how my own body works. I don't know what I'm doing. So I had at that point I had actually left, decided to leave the states and I went back to Europe and I went back to Germany, where I'd lived many years. I lived in Germany and Austria and when I got there I started a degree in holistic medicine, in homeopathy, which is where western holistic medicine have started in Germany, you know, not eastern Western. So I studied that and I learned all about how the body works and it was so amazing and it was incredible and I was practicing there and then I ended up getting married again and we decided to come back to the states and we came back to Florida via a dart that we threw at a map and atlanded. I will admit I did aim kind of low because I didn't want to be cold. So we came to Florida and then I was like okay, great, then to open a practice, and then Florida was like yeah, we don't recognize your degree. And I just spent all these years studying everything about the body in a foreign language and I knew the...

...translations in English, but I don't want to have to get tested in it again. So I thought, Oh, what do I do? So at that point, you know, I knew that I had this interest in in healing and this kind of work. You know, it wasn't necessarily only about weight loss, which is something near and dear to my heart, and I do a lot with people and when people, if anyone, goes to my website, they can see what I call my fat pictures. But, you know, I you know, I thought, well, let me think. So I was just working various jobs when I got back because I couldn't do what I wanted to do. And in that process I thought, okay, what what are the things that I like about what I've studied and what I want to do and having a practice, and what are the things that I even liked? When I was in my old work in night and I realized the things I really cared about was working with people, helping people, solving conflict, allowing people to to find a path and helping them to reach that. Because by the time, in twenty years of it, I the last job I had had was in Austrian I had been a director and at this point, you know, I had thousands of people that were reported to me and the managers and and all this and that. President. so as everything came together, I realized that I liked building teams, I liked working with people. People came to me when they had challenges. You know, I was the one kind of sorted it out and set them on the path and I'm help problem solver everything all the yeah, that's what I like to do. And and to be honest, I was tired of the pressure of being an it because that's very fast paced and it's you have to constantly be updating yourself because there's always a new technology that comes out. So anyway, I realized that I really enjoyed working with people and helping them. And in in it everything has to be solved. The Lat like in that moment you don't have time to think and Moll it over and research. It's like something's on fire and you've got to figure I how to put it out and then want that pressure. But I did like communicating with people. So at the time there wasn't a thing called life coaching or anything like that. This was many years ago, but there were certain certifications you could get, such as there was one online that was called like lifestyle weight management coach, and there was another one called stress management coach or counsel or something like that. So I started to go back and get these certifications and I was still working as a I was doing it, but I was doing it as a consultant. So I was only doing it I decide I was going to do it, not full time, because I knew I wanted to build up a practice of some sort. So I had, you know, the money that was the bank, what I knew was coming in, you know, from every day, and then I had my other time, my weekends, my nights, whatever, that I was using to build up my practice. And so that's where I started and I was doing all the things that I could do legally, you know, in the country with these certifications, you know, teaching classes like meditation, going to different places and giving free seminars and talks and workshops, and that's how it's slowly started to develop and I help a lot of...

...people now doing the sort of thing when they feel like they're trapped and positions they don't want, where they don't want to be, and one of the things I say to them is, what do you really enjoy doing? What aspects of what you have done do you really like. What's the parts you'd like to do? Somebody said to me want to just sit around and meet interesting people and talk to them alday and get paid to be like yeah, exactly. Know, I get to do that and help people, you know, and have them be, you know, appreciative as well. Yeah, no, I like this because I think a lot of people when they think I need to make a change, but I don't know even where to start. It's it's not as if you have to do everything all at once. It's not as apt as just abruptly stop your career. I was in insurance for sixteen years. I didn't just abruptly stop my insurance career to become a podcast host and a life coach. So I love the story because it's showing that, you know, we can do two things simultaneously and still give our best of all things. No, it's not. It's not impossible for women who want to make a pivot. My audience largely women, so I'm speaking to the women. But yeah, I think you know making pivots is entirely possible. So you eventually were able to just give up any of the IT consulting and focus on just like I saw in your website. You do hypno therapy sowards you and you do eft energy work. Yeah, and so, yeah, well, and then eventually I went back to school and I got my PhD in the Metaphysical Council because I realize that there was so much more that I wanted to know. And so the you know, that was some years afterwards. But I think first of all, as women, we are required to multitask all the time. It's just expected of us because we can, which is why we're no superior sex, because we can do it, you know. So we do, because we multi paspel. But I you know, I think if there was one thing that I would I think I would like to share that might be helpful, you know, to your listeners, is that when you are doing this, there's there's a couple things you have to realize. One is, like you just said so eloquently, you know, you don't just jump out of one and into the other. You know now, I was holding on because I had in my brain this idea all if I just had this amount of money saved in the bank, you know, that would be it and that would be my moment to leave, you know, and that didn't happen. You know, that never happened. But what did happen is eventually the universe was like, okay, I would love to say I had total faith and I like go and everything worked out, but what happened was I got fired, you know, because universe was like, if you're not going to do it, we're just going to do it for you, you know, which was fine, and after a little bit of panic and having some negative thoughts, eventually pick myself up and I said, you know, the funny thing was, when I was at work, I kept thinking off I wasn't here. There was so much I could be doing right now just to try and build up my my my practice. But I think that's I think that's the lie we tell ourselves, though. That's part of the story that we tell ourselves, that what we really need is just more time. We really need is to know how to use our...

...time effectively, because you have all the time in the world, but if you don't have the motivation, if you don't have the drive, if, and probably one of the most important things, and you can weigh in on this, is your why, why that you want to do this, because if you aren't really grounded in your why and the reason that you get up every day. It easy to get distracted. I don't know if you're familiar with the any agram, but I'm a nine on the intagram and my tendency is to do whatever is right in front of me at the moment. So if I don't have a very solid plan for my day and my top priorities picked out and laid out before me with a little bit of pressure because I tend to procrastinate, it would be really easy for me to do the dishes, bake some bread, you know clee. I love to clean. So there could be a thousand things. But but what we really need is, instead of saying we need more time, because that's kind of like the scarcit team mentality. When we think we don't have something, we want more of it. So I think what we really need to know is why, why we want to do this thing? What's our motivation behind it? And when we had that really locked in and dialed in, I think, and you're more of the expert on this than I am, the universe starts to work for us on our behalf. You don't have to have all of the information, you just have to have enough information to plant the shoet and then well, you know, I think it's very true what you're saying and I think there's there's two parts to it. One part is the why. A hundred percent. If you wise not strong enough, you're not going to do it. You know you have to be. And in in the world of NLP, in the new linguistic programming that we do, our subconscious brain will always go to whatever it thinks is the easiest way to do things and it will create scenarios. So if you believe that you were best under pressure, then guess what, you're going to make pressure, because then you're going to figure out that that's how that works for you. That's not always the best again, but that's what your brain tells it. So we have the why, which is amazing, but then we have the blocks, and the blocks are those things we've been told our entire life that form the the filter that we see the world through. So we see the world through people who have said you can't do it, you're not smart enough, you don't have enough money, or not this. You know, it's hard, it's challenging, the economies bad, whatever kind of stories we've been told so we need to remove those, those blocks, so that we can move forward. And so it doesn't mean not being afraid. You're not being fearful, because it can be scary, you know, to imagine what we're trying to do. It can be and if we have no fear, then we're just psychotics. So that's that's a bad thing. We should have fear, but we shouldn't let it stop us. So it's okay to have fear, we just push through it. So, in the wise important, but all the things we tell us, like you know what I was telling myself. I had to have this money, I had to have more time, I had to have all these things, and that was never the case at the end of the day. That my why? The things I wanted, which was my freedom or to be able to get up in a time, I wanted to work with the people, I wanted to do something I enjoyed, to not have anybody telling me when I could go to the Lu or how much vacation I could take, and all of that Theo. Those were the things I really wanted and...

I kept thinking there was a certain price tag to it and at the end of the day, after a month or so, having been unemployed from that work and really just focusing on my coaching, I realized that maybe I wasn't making the same amount of money at the beginning, but I had all those things that I already wanted. Wasn't getting up to an alarm anymore. I wasn't worrying about somebody telling me where to go what to do. I was completely free. So I had to also get over the fact that I was looking at the clock and thinking, Oh, and our just went by. I made no money. What am I going to do? Oh, our or two, I didn't make any money, because I had that mentality right, every hour you're getting paid and you know at the end of the week. I had to I had to let go of that and realize that if I was making, let's say, a hundred dollars a day working at a job and then I would see one client for an hour and pet charge on a hundred dollars, I can make up that whole day in an hour. So why am I freaking out at every hour that was passing? Because that was my mentality since I was fifteen years old. You know, you just you work in hour, you get paid. So in the end of it what I really learned was how do you then? How do you then manifest this right? How do you then create this? What do? What can you do? Because you can do things all the time. You know, send out ads and call people and you know those are all things that will get you a modicum of success. But the true way to manifest will come from shifting your energy and I have creative formula that has worked over and over again for myself and I've shared it with all of my clients as well. And that is three parts of manifestation. Okay, the first part is expectation. So whatever it is you want to do, you don't need to have exactly the the whatever it is in your mind. You don't have to know exactly what and how and and the amount. It doesn't matter. You just need to have an expectation that you can do something different. Whatever it is. I expect that, you know, say thank you so much the universe, because I expect. Not I'm asking now, I'm wishing, not, I'm hoping, but I'm a hundred percent expectation. Like I expect the Sun's going to rise tomorrow. I'm pretty sure that's going to happen. If it doesn't, okay, that's not good, but I expect it will. So I expect, and I say that with all the gratitude that I expect, this is coming to me. New Position, new opportunity, New People, more finances, whatever that is. Second I invite. I invite because I let go of my how. The first thing that happens is some I'll say to somebody, how much would you like to make and they'll say twenty grand a month. I say okay, great, and as soon as they say that, their brains are sinking. How I'm going to do it? How? How? How? Have Right? So we let go of that Ho let's let the universe. Universe can figure out the how. So we just say I invited it. Thank you so much, universe. I invite it however you see fit. Whatever it comes in, whatever amounts, whatever ways, whatever people, whatever opportunities, I'm open. And now, because of step one, I'm actually actively looking for it. There's a big difference between just hoping that something will fall on your lap and waking up every day with your eyes open, going, Oh, where's it coming? You know, where's it coming from? Who Was it here? Is it there? You know, is it you? Whatever it is now I'm looking. And then...

...the third part is to allow it, and we allow it in two parts. One is we allow by vidualizing and allowing ourselves to experience in our body and in our mind what that looks like. So if I say, Oh, I'm making twenty grand a month, okay, what does that look like? WHAT BILLS DO I pay? How does it feel when I look at my bank account, there's extra zeros there. You know what? What little treats do I buy for myself? How do I feel? Feel a sense of relief? Do I pay things off and feel good? Feel calm, feel peaceful, feel I have, you know, so much more opportunity or breathing space. So really allowing yourself to just feel that, to go into that. People are afraid. They'll say, oh, I don't want to be let down. Either way you're going to get the same result if you don't reach the thing or you do reach the thing and you thought you were going to and you got you know, and you didn't, you still didn't get it. If you did get it and you allow yourself the enjoyment of experiencing it beforehand, that's when we vibrationally are in alignment with the things we want instead of in the vibration of fear and worry and concern or negative thinking that we've been taught. And the other half of allow is to tell ourselves why we deserve it right. One of the challenges I have with so much of the women I work with is that we're so often raised to believe that we should sacrifice, we shouldn't ask for anything for ourselves. A good woman just helps everybody and never wants anything, and it's terrible to want to, you know, be successful or you know. It's such craziness, and so we have to rework then in our mind and say why do I deserve it? When I ask them in sometimes to get it stuck. I don't know. Sometimes I just say well, why not? How about that? Hmm? Yeah, I always say it's much easier for women to come up with the things they don't want and the things that they do want. Always say to me something like I don't understand, I never asked for much, and I'm like, Yep, and that's what you got. Not much, no, because you never asked for it. So these three steps expect and vite and allow. Right. I do this every day. You can do it in the shower, do it while brushing your teeth, do it before you go to bed, whatever works for you. It doesn't take more than five minutes. But if you do this and you really start to to refocus your mind, your brain, your body, your soul, and get those pathways of your brain to now align themselves into the thoughts of how this is going to happen, because I'm open to allowing it, rather than all the ways that it couldn't happen or hasn't happened, you will see. Did you use this in your weight lost journey as well? A hundred percent. I use this. Not only I will tell you another little secret. Not only did I use this in my weight lost ring, because you can use it anything you want to manifest, I used it to get my husband. Now. I did, and I had to. I really had to use number two, which was the how, because I was getting stuck on the Holl. You know, I had too much of an idea of what I thought it had to look like. And instead, when I release that, and then I was open to all the possibility. So yes, you can use this manifestation for anything in your life. You know, you just got to do it. Consecutively to keep yourself in that vibrational energy. But of I'm thinking...

...of you, know, like you said, with your with the Woman Who's listening that you know wants to make a pivot in her own career. You with your weight loss money manifestation. I currently am working on manifestation, manifesting a Lakehouse in Tennessee. It's on my vision board. Ice About it. I am looking at properties online. I can imagine it. I'm already decorating it in my head. So Nice. The matter of time before it happens, for sure. Yeah, I mean I think sometimes it's a little tweak that we add to it, you know, like, for example, the expectation. For a long time I was saying I hope, I hope, I hope and I realize. The universe just yours what we say. So if you say I hope for something, that Universe is okay, keep hoping. If I say I wish for it, the Universe is okay, keep pushing. But if I say I expect it and I'm grateful it's on its way to me, then the universe is okay. Expect it, it's on its way to and that's can be one of the differences. Yeah, you know. Yeah, and when I talk about it, I talked about in the present tense. Like we watch this program in H HGTV called La Front bargain hunt renovations, and you know, when they do something to the House that they searched for and bought, I'll say, oh, that's the kind of windows that we're going to have an our lake house, or else they follow. I like that idea for our Lake Cup. I like how when you have the porch, you know the outverlooks the lake, you know, and it's so is there something else that I could be doing to make this happen faster, or is this this all the universe is timing? Well, you know for sure. Letting go an understanding. Number two it, which is the invitation, is it comes in the universe versus timing and the way that the universities fit and not ours. Saying why you deserve it can also be important, as in a part three of allowing you know why I deserve it, and the other half you know, of course, the visualization. You're already doing that. So those, you know, those three areas can can be so helpful in the manifestation. And you're speaking it into being as well, which is so important. I think one of the things that people need to realize is that everything and anything around us, it had to start first in somebody's mind, you know, whether it's, you know, a pen or a mouse or your laptop or your phone. Somebody had to think, well, maybe we'll look make it look like this and this color. So they just thought it and then they made it, you know, and that's how we do that's how we manifest things as we think it and then we created into our reality. Hmmm. So if something is we want and it's not happened yet, then it means part of it is letting go of our idea of the timing or any specifics, anything too specific, because we get too specific, then we tunnel vision ourselves because now we're only looking for this one thing. You know. It's like you have an idea of address you want to wear to something, you know, and then you go to a million stores and you can't find it because you already have this idea. It has to look like this. And then when you let that go, because now you're under your under pressure and you're like, I need something, then you find something and you're like, Oh, this is perfect, you know, because I let go that Jeff happened to me for my Stepson's wedding. Yeah, they you see exactly exactly this happens to us, and that's a perfect proof of it. And one of the other things I would recommend...

...that I think is really helpful is what I call the daily dozen, and the daily dozen't is how we set our intention of what we want each day so that we take power about our days rather than feeling victims to how the days go. And the daily doesn't works like this. You wake up in the morning, before you do anything, thinking about your list, even going to pe. You just you stay in the bed and you say, okay, I'm going to think of six things I'm grateful for right now, and for most people that's pretty easy if you live in a state of gratitude. Right you know, I'm grateful of a roof over my head, I've enough to eat at my family and my friends, my puppies, I have, you know, my work. There you go, six right there. Yeah, then we think about, and this is key, six things I'm grateful for. It that are on the way to me. They haven't happened yet, but I say it that they're on the way to me, and I don't say like it's already so, for example, when I was trying to lose weight, I never looked in the mirror and was like, I love my body and I'm so skinny, because I didn't feel skinny and I didn't love my body at the time and my whole being new that. So it wasn't going to work. But if I said, you know what, I'm in process right now and each day I'm getting better and each day I'm learning to like myself more, that was true and I could say that, and then my brain wanted to find the evidence of it. So when you say something like I'm so grateful that the right house at the right time is coming towards me, I'm so thankful and grateful that the right people to present opportunities are on their way to me. Now, I'm so thin, thinkful and grateful that every day I see things that get me excited and bring me closer to all my goals. Right. So we say things like that and then the key as we let it go, because when we let it go, we pass it off to our subconscious brain and our subconscious brain says, okay, I want to find the evidence of it. And how do we know it's true? Because everybody's experienced this. If you and I are talking and and and you say to me, Terry, hey do I'm what kind of card you drive, and I say well, I drive a hot pink Volkswagon Beetle, and you say really, I've never seen that, and I say, oh no, they're really popular now and you're like okay, and then the next day you see it. I see twice, maybe even right now. You didn't magically bring it into your view. What happened was your subconscious heard this is a thing and it's popular and it started to look for the evidence. Oh, there it is, there it is right. So everybody's experienced yeah, so that's the trick is. We want to tell ourselves these things I want, these things I desire. I'm so thankful they're already on the way to me and I'm passing it off to my subconscious, and my subconscious is going to find the evidence, and that's when we look up. Oh there's an opportunity, oh there's something there, right. We just at that point we just assume we're going to see the evidence because we know it's already on the way and it happens to because we've just said in our brain this is the thing I want and I'm grateful for it, and now I've put that energy into the universe. Now I just got to find it. Yeah, and so it's this part of the metaphysical type coaching that you do a hundred percent. You know, some people they come to me solely.

Some people see traditional therapists and then see me as well because of the energy work that we do. But this is the kind of thing where we start to learn how we can empower ourselves to shift our own energy and to create the the life that we want and we desire by being able to learn about how our mindset, our energy and are being affects everything else. Yeah, right, and how we can also control our own energies. You know, especially as women, are very empathic human beings, so we're always feeling everything everyone else is feeling, always taking it on ourselves. We're generally trying to heal everybody else around us, to our own detriment, you know, to our own exhaustion, for sure, you know. So it really is about learning how to control all of those things and to become that best version of ourselves, whatever that looks like. Yeah, you know, what I do generally is I say, okay, where are we now? And sometimes we do this through energy. Sometimes I read cards to see where the person is right now, and then I say okay, and let's figure out where you want to be. Where's the goal of where you and in that may change in the future, doesn't matter. Doesn't have to be written in stone, but we just figure okay, where's where I want to be, and then we try to find the most direct path to get there. And then, working as a counselor we try to remove the block, shift the energy and keep the person on track, because we as humans, we tend to take the most magellanous roots everywhere. It's we're like, yes, this is where I'm going, quick, make a laugh. No, about back now. Yeah, you know, like why is it taking forever to get there exact right? Well, you know, I I there are so much that we could talk about. We could probably keep going, but I would like to invite you to come back at some point in the future we can talk about that would be lovely. Thank if you offer. But for now let's tell people where they can find you, because I was on your instagram account this morning and you learned a lot about Chakras this morning. and Oh yeah, you're talking about spiritual development, and so I want everybody to be able to follow you, to check out your website and then they can find out all of the wonderful things that you do. Sure, sure, thank you so much. Yeah, I mean I on the instagram. I try, I try to create this content, you know, every week. It just really simple, easy, one minute methods to improving our spirituality, raising our awareness and learning more about our energy. And you can find me at doctor dawn a Ross on the instagram, and then I also have there's two sites now. We have my my counseling site for anybody wants to work with me, individual or couples. I can tell you after, I know I was mentioned this Todiana, that once the pandemic it my couple's counseling went up a lot. ADDS them. Yeah, because everybody was like, I love you, just not twenty four is right. So so I do a lot of work. I'd also work with with young adults and children and they can find me at new or would you call it some new dawn Coachingcom so that's new down...

...coachingcom and if anybody's interesting wants to learn more about the thought Word Academy, which is if they say, you know, I don't know if I have time for therapy or need something where I can learn just on my own and all kinds of crazy hours. They can also or if they're interested, even in if they have a practice and they want to add this tool to their practice or even develop their own practice. We offer all of that, plus helping people to promote themselves and teaching them about marketing and development as well. They can go to thought wordcom, which is thou ght Wa ardcom. So I took the words thought, which is what we are using right our brain. We're creating thoughts, and then I took the word toward, because we want to go towards the things that we want, and I just cut in and I put them together and I made thought word, and so that's what we created. So thought word is the methodology of learning how to take your thoughts and move them in the direction you want to be in. That's wonderful.
